Like many babies, Panda Snacks™ was born during the pandemic (wink wink).

Picture this: a gorgeous spring evening. We had just ordered from a local eatery and I, in an indulgent mood, threw in a rice crispy treat for dessert. Later, we found ourselves parked beside a serene lake, immersing ourselves in the tunes of Jay Electronica's "A Written Testimony", under a canopy of stars. There I was, absolutely devouring that rice-crispy treat as if it were my last dessert on earth. I joked, "I bet you I look like a panda munching on bamboo leaves".

The very next day, we found ourselves reminiscing about that blissful moment. I was playfully challenged to make a rice crispy treat that could rival, or even surpass, the one from the restaurant - to recreate that "panda" moment right at home. And guess what? The homemade version turned out even better than expected, with my family declaring them downright irresistible. That's when I lovingly dubbed them "Panda Snacks". And from there, well, the rest is history.

Bite Size morsels of our treats for those times you are looking for just a bite of indulgence. A bag of panda bites is the equivalent of 5-6 full snacks.
